Silver & Carico Turquoise Necklace

The American kestrel; small but strong and lazar focused best describes this falcon, also called the sparrow hawk. This multi-layered necklace is a combination of powerful shapes: beginning with a stylized, diving sparrow hawk that is placed in front of three strong shield shapes. Below hangs a free-swinging pendulum with a teardrop-shaped Carico turquoise stone. The pendant hangs from two hand-braided, chestnut colored leather cords that come together with a lobster clasp.
